- Upon making a reservation for this trip, an initial deposit is required to move the booking status to "Pending." Once the cruise confirms your reservation, the status will change to "Balance Payment," and a confirmation notification email will be sent to the email associated with your booking account. You must complete the payment of the remaining balance within 7 days of receiving this email to finalize your cruise reservation. Failure to complete this payment within 7 days from the date of confirmation will result in the cancellation of your cruise reservation, and the initial deposit will not be refunded. If the cruise company cannot confirm the reservation due to being fully booked or other reasons, your reservation will be canceled, and the initial deposit will be refunded.
- All travel documents are the customer’s responsibility. Customer should ensure the required document, including visas and public health documents, are prepared and to comply with customs requirements of the destination, including countries that may just be transiting through. For latest information, please consult the embassy or government authorities.
- Due to security reasons, all guests must be on board 2 hours before sailing on Day 1 of cruise. Guest may consider arriving 1 day earlier to avoid hassle of possible schedule change.
- Disembarkation usually begins 2 hours after docking on final day of cruise. Guest should book their departure flight after 2pm on the day
- Guest should refer to final cruise document/ ticket for detail cruise itinerary. Documents will be provided by cruise line after online check-in completed.

- POLYCLUB reserves the right to collect fuel surcharge, applicable taxes or supplement charges which imposed by the cruise company, even if full payment has been made to the reservation. Fare difference is governed by official notification from cruise company. These amounts will be determined upon the confirmation of booking and will be added to the final fare.
- If a material alteration to a package tour after its commencement for reasons beyond control, POLYCLUB may impose any additional charge to his clients as a result of an increase in operation costs. (“Reasons beyond control” mean hostilities, political unrest, terror attacks, natural disasters, pestilences, bad weather, technical problems to transport, changes to the frequency/timetable of any means of conveyance by its operator without advance notice, strikes, industrial action, travel advisories (warnings) issued by governments of the destinations/the World Health Organisation, outbound travel alerts issued by Government, and any other situations of which the industry has no control and which are unfavourable to outbound trips of travellers.)
- Passengers accept full responsibility for all losses and expenses due to “Reasons beyond control”. Cruise company and POLYCLUB will not be liable for any consequences.
- For the safety of crew and passengers, Cruise Line has the right to cancel, advance, postpone or substitute any scheduled sailing or itinerary without prior notice, in the event of bad weather, technical or other reasons beyond control. Passengers shall not make claim against cruise company and POLYCLUB for any recovery.
- POLYCLUB strongly encourage passengers to take out their travel insurance before the journey.
- Stateroom assignment is subject to the cruise company upon availability. Members of same travelling party may not be assigned to adjacent/ nearby rooms. Cruise company also upgrade any passenger(s) at sole discretion.
- Bedding arrangement is subject to the cruise company upon availability.
- The operation of activities, restaurants, menus and facilities is subject to the final arrangement on board. The seating in main dining restaurants is group reservation and subject to restaurant arrangement on board.
- For safety reasons, minors under the age of 18 need to be stay in the same cabin with at least one adult passenger.
- For minors (under the age of 18) unaccompanied by parent or legal guardian, a consent form and other documents are required to present to cruise line prior to embarkation and at pier during check-in. Failure to provide the required document may result in booking cancellation or boarding being denied. Passengers shall not make claim against cruise company and POLYCLUB for any recovery. - If the children are included on parent's travel document, they can use that document only when travelling with parent.
- Pregnant guest entered the 24th week of pregnancy and infants under 6 months of age (12 months for some itineraries) are not eligible for travel on ships, according to the cruise company and itinerary requirement. The minimum age requirement varies from cruise company and itinerary. Medical certificate is required for pregnant guest entered the 20th to 23rd week of pregnancy.
