  • China’s Grand Canal Ends In Hangzhou. The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, is the longest canal or artificial river in the world. It’s connected northern and southern China for over 1400 years and is still in operation today.
  • The best seasons to visit are Spring (March - May) and Autumn (September to November).
